Regency Clusterization Based on Village Characteristics to Increase the Human Development Index (IPM) in Papua Province

چکیده

Inequality in the Human Development Index (IPM) Papua Province amid disbursement of development funds needs to be studied adequately so that policies and programs have been planned can more directed on target. For this reason, research is needed map priority each district by identifying regional characteristics, namely villages. By using Cluster Analysis Factor Analysis, results show 4 clusters were formed with different focuses increasing HDI. The main focus HDI improvement priorities divided into three through factor analysis: infrastructure-telecommunication factor, sanitation-economic health-education factor. Each cluster generally still dominated districts a low category. obstacle transportation telecommunications infrastructure Local governments are expected able formulate human concerning as result research.
